If you are purchasing an item from Worzals at Home that is under £200, there is a delivery charge of £5.95
Please note we currently only deliver to UK Mainland.
Orders leaving our warehouse will be received within 3-5 working days. Please allow up to 10 working days to receive your order during or after busy periods (sales, events, public holidays).
Once your item has left our warehouse, we’ll send you an email with tracking information which will become live once scanned at the courier’s depot. Unfortunately we cannot deliver on Bank Holidays or Weekends. These deliveries will be made on the next working day.
Parcelforce delivers anytime between 8am – 6pm Monday – Friday. For security purposes a signature may be required on receipt. They will provide a 2 hour delivery window via SMS. The message is interactive so you can let the driver know if you are not going to be in so the item can be collected at the post office instead.
We are unable to rearrange deliveries at this time.
Although we make every attempt to have items available in stock, occasionally we may list popular items as ‘available on back-order’.
These items are not available to ship immediately because we are in the process of securing new stock from our suppliers. We will always list an estimated back order lead time under the product description ie. ‘Available For Pre Order – Delivery Early July’.

When ordering back-order items, you will be charged at the time of purchase just like any other order.
If all items purchased are on back-order, these will not be delivered until the date specified at the time of ordering.
If your order consists of both in stock and back-order items, the in-stock items will be delivered within our normal timeframe. Back-order items will not be delivered until the date specified at the time of ordering.
When back-order items are due in stock within two weeks of your order being placed, we will hold the entire order to combine delivery at the earliest opportunity.
On occasion, we arrange for certain products to be delivered by our approved manufacturers, not by our own courier. This will be clearly indicated on the product page as a ‘Direct Dispatch item’.
Dispatch and delivery for these items vary and can take anywhere from 3-28 working days.
Selected manufacturers will contact you directly to arrange a suitable day for delivery or advise tracking information in the lead-up to delivery.
Once your order has left the warehouse you will receive a dispatch email. Your dispatch email will contain the chosen courier and tracking number to enable the tracing of your parcel in the lead-up to delivery.
Once delivered the items ordered will become your property (provided they have been paid for in full) and your responsibility and, apart from where damaged or faulty when delivered or have been incorrectly delivered, we will not accept any liability for their loss, damage or destruction after they have been delivered.
Please make sure that you check your items carefully before you use them. We recommend that you keep your receipt or order number, which can be found on your order confirmation email or on the order invoice that comes with your delivery, because you will need it as proof of purchase in the event of any after-sales enquiry.
We hope that you will be over the moon with your purchase. However, we understand that there may be occasions where you wish to return items. We can refund items purchased with a valid receipt or parcel summary document within 14 days of receipt. This does not affect your statutory rights.
This is only applicable if the item/s returned are complete, in resalable condition, unused and with the correct packaging. We cannot issue returns on goods which are not packaged. We reserve the right to make a deduction from your refund to cover any repackaging costs.
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase you can return your goods, please notify us within 14 days of receiving your goods and complete your return within 30 days of notification. We will be happy to offer you a replacement (stock dependent) or a refund.
To enable us to process your claim as efficiently as possible please follow this procedure, failure to follow this procedure could result in delays in processing your claim or return.

Depending on the issue, a member of Worzals at Home customer service team will contact you to discuss the matter further or issue you with a return slip. Please note returns sent back without prior notification may be refused or could result in delays in processing.
When returning items please repack your with care using all the original packaging or a suitable alternative. As the goods are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse. Please ensure you package your return to prevent any damage to the items or boxes.
If an item is not packaged correctly and has been damaged in transit back to us, we will contact you and may need to either return the product to you, or only issue a partial refund via credit note.
Depending on the product, size, weight and your location, we may need to arrange for one of our couriers to collect your return items. You will be given an estimated window for collection. If you are not at home when our courier attempts to collect, we reserve the right to charge for a second collection charge, which will be deducted from your refund.
We quality check our products meticulously before leaving our warehouse, however on occasion products can get damaged in transit. Should your order arrive damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery via the form below.
We will ask you to email a photograph of the damage and describe the issue.
Please note that without the correct information and imagery, within the 48 hours timeframe, we will be unable to investigate the issue.
Where possible we will look to repair your item. In circumstances whereby this is not possible, Worzals at Home will arrange for the return of damaged goods and a refund or replacement will be sent out to you (dependent on stock).
We quality check our products meticulously before leaving our warehouse, however on occasion product faults can get missed. If you receive a product which is found to be faulty, please contact us within 30 days of delivery. We will ask you to email a photograph and describe the fault.

Under the United Kingdom Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, if you are resident within UK, you can cancel your order within 14 days.
This cancellation right does not apply to ‘Made To Order’ or personalised goods. Period ends 14 days after the day on which the goods are delivered to your chosen delivery address.
This applies where orders have already been dispatched. Orders outside the 14 days period, please refer to our returns policy.
Your refund will be processed within 14 days of your item being received. All refunds will be made to the original method of payment. You will be notified by email when your refund has been processed.
